A reading copy, with clear limits
MailPacket is a standalone saved-email preparation service operated by Springwood Marketing and Advertising. It creates normalized reading packets from supported files; it does not connect to, modify or authenticate your mailbox.
What is supported
EML files and MBOX archives, with up to 500 messages, 50 MiB total source input, 10 MiB per message and 1,000 estimated packet pages. Attachment rendering is limited to 10 MiB per attachment and 20 million pixels per image. This release supports English and Western Latin normalized text. The inspection and manifest explain unsupported content and attachment handling. PST/MSG, OCR, exact original HTML, unavailable remote content and unsupported scripts are outside the offer. We do not promise legal admissibility, chain of custody, complete source authenticity, PDF/A conformance or acceptance by any recipient.
Price and delivery
The first three messages can be generated as a free sample. The free sample ZIP can include the full original source archive you supplied; only the generated reading copy is limited to three messages. Full batch export access costs KWD 3.000 once, charged in Kuwaiti dinars, with no subscription. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or card charges. The checkout order records its exact amount and currency; recovered historical orders keep their original price. The verified browser session is not tied to a single input batch and lasts up to seven days; download and keep your results during that session. It generates the selected packet in your browser after authoritative payment verification. The browser code is delivered to your device; this is a paid convenience and supported export workflow, not a claim of copy protection or exclusive conversion technology. The result includes a ZIP, manifest, and available PDF output for the selected mode. Review the sample and warnings before paying. Paid checkout is currently unavailable while verification is completed; a free sample does not imply a paid production release.
Keep your source mail, exported work file, recovery code and final downloads. Browser storage is not permanent. Keep your order ID and recovery code to request a fresh check of a captured order if the session expires or is lost. Recovery depends on current payment verification and service availability; permanent or unlimited access is not included. No receipt or recovery email is promised. A verified entitlement permits generating supported reviewed work; it does not retrieve source files that have never been uploaded. Future updates and bespoke document repair are not included.
Your use and review
Process files you are entitled to use. You are responsible for reviewing warnings, protecting confidential material and checking the output before sharing it. Do not rely on an automated packet to establish that a message is genuine or that an archive is complete. Local processing does not make an unknown attachment safe to open.
